Please refer below for exchange procedure for your information. Any losses or inconveniences caused by neglecting below information is 100% your responsibility.
• If you wish to exchange the purchased product, you must send us the product first. Sending cost for exchange request is your expense, however, it will be refunded via PayPal if and only if returned product is found having manufacturing defect. Any product sent to us using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery / Cash on Door) will be denied at the door and we do not have any responsibility to that product.
• We will check and compare the condition of returned product with multiple photos of that specific product taken on the day that we have shipped it out to you. Every exchange request goes through this specific procedure and evaluation for quality assurance and also to avoid/prevent any fraud or act of mischief.
• If returned product is found having manufacturing defect, we will exchange defected product with new product of same model and shipping cost is on us. In case if such model is out-of-stock, we will suggest you three options and you can choose one you like. Once you choose one of suggested options, there will be no further compensation.
1. Select other product that has price equivalent to defected product.
2. Select other product that has different price. Difference need to be paid/will be refunded.
3. Wait until same model is available.
• All other cases, including fraud and act of mischief, where the product is found damaged/contaminated by your mishandling, exchange request will be denied immediately and you need to pay the returning shipping cost in order to receive your product back. You will be given 30 days to send us the full amount of returning EMS cost. After the given period has passed, your product will be disposed of at our discretion and we do not have any responsibility to that product.
